With the triumph, Gainesville advances its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Unity Reed (Manassas, VA) to clash with the Lions in a Cedar Run test on Tuesday, May 6. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-9. Unity Reed lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)

The Eagles now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Freedom will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-2.
