The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Knoxville Blue Bullets (Knoxville, IL) and the visiting Annawan-Wethersfield Titans (Kewanee, IL), observed Knoxville's softball team notch a victory over Annawan-Wethersfield by a tally of 10-0.

The Blue Bullets (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL). The Silver Streaks go into the non-league bout with a 0-23 record. In their last bout, Galesburg was routed by Geneseo (Geneseo, IL), 21-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Titans battle the Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 5. Annawan-Wethersfield will attempt to advance on its 11-14 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 7-4 non-league win over East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL).
