Arizona High School Softball - Beaver Dam sneaks past Sandy Valley

In Friday's league match, the host Beaver Dam Diamondback softball team scored a tight 1-0 win over the Sandy Valley Sidewinders.

The Diamondback (4-19) will now prepare for their match against Sandy Valley (Sandy Valley, NV). The Sidewinders come into the 1A Southern match with a 1-15 record. In their last match, Sandy Valley was nipped by Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV), 21-4, in a league match.

In their next game, the Sidewinders battle the Beaver Dam Diamondback (Littlefield, AZ) in a 1A Southern match, on Friday, May 2. Sandy Valley will attempt to better on its 1-16 season record. The Diamondback come into the match with a 3-19 record after their 23-5 non-league loss to Panguitch (Panguitch, UT).
