Washington High School Softball - Gig Harbor bounces Bellarmine Prep

The Gig Harbor Tides softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Bellarmine Prep Lions to 6 in the Tides league win on Friday.

The Tides now possess a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timberline for a non-league battle on Monday, May 5. Gig Harbor will confront a Blazers team coming off a 8-7 league win over Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA). The Blazers record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Bellarmine Prep moves to 2-16 on the season. The Lions host Lakes (Lakewood, WA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7. The Lancers come into the battle with a record of 1-13.
