In Friday's league test, the Valley Christian Vikings (Dublin, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Cornerstone Christian Cougars (Antioch, CA), by a tally of 20-8.

Next, the Vikings meet the The Bay School Breakers (San Francisco, CA) in a Bay Counties - West test, on Tuesday, May 6. Valley Christian will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Breakers go into the test with a 7-5 record after their 19-3 league win over Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA).

The Cougars (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Urban (San Francisco, CA). The Blues go into the Bay Counties - West test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Urban was routed by San Domenico (San Anselmo, CA), 14-4, in a league test.
