The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ) and the visiting Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ), observed Triton's softball team notch a victory over Cumberland by a tally of 11-0.

The Mustangs (11-4) will now prepare for their bout against Deptford (Deptford, NJ). The Spartans go into the Tri-County - Liberty bout with a 2-9 record. In their last bout, Deptford gained a win over Camden Academy Charter (Camden, NJ), 20-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Colts battle the Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ) in a Tri-County - Liberty bout, on Monday, May 5. Cumberland will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Tartans go into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 18-1 league loss to Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ).
