The Dumont Huskies softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders to 0 in the Huskies league win on Friday.

The Huskies now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waldwick for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 3. Dumont will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Wallington (Wallington, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Dwight Morrow moves to 0-13 on the season. The Maroon raiders travel to Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 5-7. Cresskill won 12-2 in their recent non-league battle against Garfield (Garfield, NJ)
