The Hazel Park Vikings overwhelmed the host Madison Eagles softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI) in a Macomb Area - Bronze challenge, on Monday, May 5. Hazel Park will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record.

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI). The Stallions go into the Macomb Area - Bronze challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Sterling Heights was routed by Cousino (Warren, MI), 15-1, in a non-league challenge.
