Michigan High School Softball - Ishpeming bounces Iron Mountain

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Ishpeming Hematites (Ishpeming, MI) and the visiting Iron Mountain Mountaineers (Iron Mountain, MI), observed Ishpeming's softball team prevail over Iron Mountain by a tally of 12-2.

The Hematites (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Gwinn (Gwinn, MI). The Modeltowners go into the Mid-Peninsula bout with a 0-2 record.

In their next game, the Mountaineers clash with the Westwood Patriots (Ishpeming, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Iron Mountain will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
