California High School Softball - Santa Clara bounces Lynbrook

May 2, 2025: Santa Clara, CA 95051

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) and the visiting Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), observed Santa Clara's softball team prevail over Lynbrook by a tally of 23-13.

The Bruins (9-9) will now prepare for their bout against Dublin (Dublin, CA). The Gaels go into the non-league bout with a 1-15 record. In their last bout, Dublin was routed by Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA), 18-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA) in a El Camino bout, on Wednesday, May 7. Lynbrook will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 15-2 record after their 12-1 league win over MacDonald (San Jose, CA).
