New Jersey High School Softball - Northern Highlands succumbs to Ridgewood

In Friday's league test, the Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ), by a tally of 14-2.

Next, the Maroons meet the Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 3. Ridgewood will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 10-9 record after their 9-6 league win over Clifton (Clifton, NJ).

The Highlanders (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Paladins go into the non-league test with a 11-3 record.
