California High School Softball - Shasta succumbs to Pleasant Valley

May 2, 2025: Chico, CA 95926

In Friday's league test, the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA), by a tally of 9-1.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Chico Panthers (Chico, CA) in a Eastern Athletic test, on Tuesday, May 6. Pleasant Valley will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 15-9 record after their 6-2 league win over Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA).

The Wolves (9-14) will now prepare for their test against Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA). The Cougars go into the Eastern Athletic test with a 17-5 record.
