In Friday's league test, the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) softball squad overwhelmed the host Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT), by a tally of 26-4.
Next, the Phantoms clash with the Arlington Memorial Eagles (Arlington, VT) in a test, on Monday, May 5. Proctor will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 28-16 non-league loss to Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT).
The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Green Mountain (Chester, VT). The Chieftains go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
