In Saturday's non-league test, the Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX) softball team routed the host Rio Hondo Bobcats (Rio Hondo, TX), by a final score of 11-0.
The Badgers now possess a 23-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 9. Bishop will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Marion (Marion, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 26-9.
With the loss, Rio Hondo moves to 16-19 on the season.
