Campbell County Camels (Gillette, WY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Central Indians (Cheyenne, WY), 14-13 in a non-league challenge.

The Camels now sport a 19-9 record. They take the field next when they host Thunder Basin for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 20. Campbell County will face a Bolts squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY). The Bolts record now stands at 22-4.

With the loss, Central falls to 19-8 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Cody (Cody, WY) to face the Broncs in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 20. The Broncs enter the challenge with a record of 19-4. Cody lost 14-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Laramie (Laramie, WY)
