Spectators at Monday's league battle between the Rutgers Prep Argonauts (Somerset, NJ) and the visiting Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ), saw Rutgers Prep's baseball squad knock off Montgomery by a count of 12-6.

Coming up next, the Argonauts play the North Brunswick North Brunswick Raiders (North Brunswick, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 21. Rutgers Prep will attempt to move on its 8-14 season record. The North Brunswick Raiders enter the battle with a 10-11 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Sayreville (Parlin, NJ).

The Cougars now possess a 8-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bridgewater-Raritan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 21. Montgomery will play a Panthers squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 22-3.
