In Monday's league battle, the visiting South Salem Saxons volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the South Albany Redhawks.
The Saxons (14-5) will now prepare for their battle against Cascade (Turner, OR). The Cougars come into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Cascade was edged by South Salem (Salem, OR), 3-0, in a league battle.
