New Jersey High School Softball - Absegami bounces Oakcrest

The Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) softball routed the visiting Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ), 8-0 in Monday's league bout.

The Braves (15-6) will now prepare for their bout against Hammonton (Hammonton, NJ). The Blue Devils go into the non-league contest with a 6-18 record. In their last contest, Hammonton was routed by Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 11-10, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons play the Medford Tech Jaguars (Medford, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 22. Oakcrest will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record. The Jaguars come into the contest with a 15-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over East Brunswick Vo-Tech (East Brunswick, NJ).
