With the triumph, North Branford moves its record to 18-3 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT) to battle the Blue Devils in a Shoreline - Large challenge on Tuesday, May 21. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 12-7. Coginchaug Regional won 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Hale Ray (Moodus, CT)

With the loss, Cromwell falls to 9-11 on the campaign.
