The Madison Bulldogs softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Telstar Rebels to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Madison moves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Dirigo (Dixfield, ME) to clash with the Cougars in a Class C South game on Friday, May 24. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 8-3.

In their next game, the Rebels clash with the Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 22. Telstar will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 1-10 record after their 15-2 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME).
