The Blue Devils (29-5) will now prepare for their battle against Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 20-10 record. In their last battle, Brother Rice held off University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI), 15-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Knights face the Cass Tech Technicians (Detroit, MI) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 21. University Liggett will attempt to upgrade on its 15-11 season record. The Technicians enter the battle with a 40-11 record after their 6-1 league win over Western International (Detroit, MI).
