The Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) lacrosse nudged the visiting Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI), 8-7 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Spartans now own a 15-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cranston East for a Division 4 outing on Wednesday, May 21. Scituate will face a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 14-5 league loss to East Providence (East Providence, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 0-12.
With the loss, Rogers falls to 12-3 on the year.
