In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Denison-Schleswig Monarchs soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors.
The Monarchs (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, North Polk Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA), 2-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 27. Sergeant Bluff-Luton will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Orabs go into the outing with a 1-9 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Carroll (Carroll, IA).
