The West Boylston Lions triumphed over the host Bromfield Trojans softball squad by a count of 14-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Littleton Tigers (Littleton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 21. West Boylston will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, MA).
The Trojans (2-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA). The Panthers enter the Midland-Wachusett D challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Ayer Shirley was routed by Lunenburg (Lunenburg, MA), 4-2, in a non-league challenge.
