Virginia High School Softball - Fort Chiswell held off by Grayson County

In Tuesday's league test, the Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA) softball squad got by the visiting Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA), by a tally of 3-2.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) in a Mountain Empire test, on Wednesday, May 21. Grayson County will attempt to advance on its 13-7 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 16-4 record after their 4-3 non-league win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA).
