Michigan High School Softball - Pinconning sneaks past Meridian

The Pinconning Spartans softball team scored 4 runs and held the host Meridian Mustangs to 3 in the Spartans league win on Tuesday.

The Spartans now possess a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrison for a Jack Pine battle on Thursday, May 22. Pinconning will confront a Hornets team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Beaverton (Beaverton, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 2-19.

With the loss, Meridian moves to 12-11 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Pine River Area (Leroy, MI) to confront the Bucks in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 22. The Bucks come into the battle with a record of 21-2.
