The Amherst Central Tigers crushed the host West Seneca East Trojans baseball team by a count of 10-2 in Friday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maryvale for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 22. Amherst Central will face a Flyers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Pioneer (Yorkshire, NY). The Flyers record now stands at 4-1.
Next, the Trojans face the Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) in a ECIC II bout, on Monday, May 24. West Seneca East will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 22-6 non-league win over Maryvale (Cheektowaga, NY).
