The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) and the host Riverton Wolverines (Riverton, WY), saw Newcastle's soccer squad get by Riverton by a count of 1-0.
The Dogies now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Buffalo for a non-league test on Saturday, May 22. Newcastle will meet a Bison squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Torrington (Torrington, WY). The Bison record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Riverton drops to 6-8 on the season.
