The Bishop Connolly Cougars baseball team (Fall River, MA), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA)
The Whalers now hold a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Sturgis West for a Cape & Islands outing on Tuesday, May 24. Nantucket will face a Navigators team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Monomoy (Harwich, MA). The Navigators record now stands at 3-10.
