The Stamford Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Floydada Whirlwinds to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Stamford moves its record to 24-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Hamlin (Hamlin, TX) to meet the Pied Pipers in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 28. The Pied Pipers go into the battle with a record of 23-6. Hamlin won 14-4 in their recent non-league battle against Colorado (Colorado City, TX)
The Whirlwinds now possess a 32-5 record.
