New Jersey High School Baseball - Shawnee holds off Rancocas Valley

Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Rancocas Valley Red Devils (Mt. Holly, NJ), 5-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Shawnee upgrades its record to 16-10 on the season. The Renegades travel to Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ) to play the Chargers in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 23. The Chargers enter the battle with a record of 11-11. Timber Creek Regional won 4-3 in their recent league battle against Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ)

The Red Devils now possess a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Atlantic County Institute of Tech for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 23. Rancocas Valley will play a squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Vineland (Vineland, NJ). The record now stands at 9-14.
