The Franklin Sabers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Indian Trail Hawks to 8 in the Sabers league win on Wednesday.
The Sabers now hold a 19-4 record. They take the field next when they host Indian Trail for a Southeast test on Friday, May 23. Franklin will play a Hawks team coming off a 10-8 league loss to Franklin (Franklin, WI). The Hawks record now stands at 12-8.
With the defeat, Indian Trail drops to 12-8 on the year. The Hawks travel to Franklin (Franklin, WI) to play the Sabers in a Southeast test on Friday, May 23. The Sabers go into the test with a record of 19-4. Franklin won 10-8 in their recent league test against Indian Trail (Kenosha, WI)
