In Wednesday's league test, the Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI), by a count of 10-0.
Next, the Braves meet the Norway Knights (Norway, MI) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 27. Gladstone will attempt to upgrade on its 23-2 season record.
The Maroons (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Marquette (Marquette, MI). The Sentinels go into the Great Northern U.P. test with a 17-16 record. In their last test, Marquette was routed by Escanaba (Escanaba, MI), 9-5, in a league test.
