Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA), 5-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Plum upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA) to battle the Titans in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 23. The Titans come into the test with a record of 17-4.
With the defeat, South Fayette falls to 16-5 on the season.
