The Newton North Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Braintree Wamps to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.

The Tigers now have a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Needham for a Bay State game on Wednesday, May 24. Newton North will meet a Rockets team coming off a 3-0 league win over Framingham (Framingham, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 19-0.

The Wamps (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Durfee (Fall River, MA). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Durfee gained a win over Taunton (Taunton, MA), 3-0, in a league game.
