North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Classical Purples (Providence, RI), 9-3 in a league battle.
The Northmen now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coventry for a Division 4 battle on Tuesday, May 23. North Smithfield will clash with a Oakers squad coming off a 11-9 league loss to Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Oakers record now stands at 4-8.
