North Muskegon Norsemen (North Muskegon, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI), 19-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Norsemen now sport a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they host Whitehall for a Western Michigan challenge on Tuesday, May 23.

With the loss, Muskegon falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Big reds host Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI) to face the Sailors in a Ottawa-Kent - Black challenge on Tuesday, May 23. The Sailors enter the challenge with a record of 2-6.
