The Orono Riots baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Central Red Devils to 1 in the Riots league victory on Wednesday.
The Riots (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Dexter (Dexter, ME). The Tigers go into the Class C North match with a 3-13 record. In their last match, Dexter gained a win over Penquis Valley (Milo, ME), 9-2, in a league match.
The Red Devils (1-14) will now prepare for their match against Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Ponies go into the Class C North match with a 16-1 record. In their last match, Foxcroft Academy gained a win over Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME), 14-2, in a league match.
