University/Classical Magnet Hawks (Hartford, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets (Windsor, CT), 13-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 5-0 record.
With the loss, Academy of Aerospace and Engineering falls to 8-7 on the campaign.
