Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Salem Witches (Salem, MA) and the visiting Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies (Andover, MA), witnessed Salem's softball squad tip Greater Lawrence Tech by a count of 5-4.

The Witches now sport a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Swampscott for a Northeast match on Friday, May 24. Salem will face a Big Blue squad coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Big Blue record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Greater Lawrence Tech moves to 13-6 on the season. The Reggies travel to Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA) to face the Rams in a Commonwealth Upper match on Thursday, May 23. The Rams go into the match with a record of 2-8.
