The Middlesex Chargers softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Northumberland Indians to 0 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Middlesex improves its record to 14-4 on the year. The Chargers travel to Essex (Tappahannock, VA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 28. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 15-4. Essex won 17-5 in their recent non-league game against West Point (West Point, VA)
