Michigan High School Baseball - Berkley prevails Hazel Park

The Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI) baseball trounced the host Hazel Park Vikings (Hazel Park, MI), 9-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Bears now own a 16-17 record. They take the field next when they host North Farmington for a Oakland - White challenge on Friday, May 23. Berkley will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 9-23.

With the defeat, Hazel Park drops to 13-11 on the year. The Vikings host Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI) to clash with the Shorians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 27. The Shorians go into the challenge with a record of 14-9. Lake Shore won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Goodrich (Goodrich, MI)
