The Marist Spartans baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers to 3 in the Spartans non-league win on Thursday.
The Spartans now own a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blanchet Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, May 22. Marist will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 15-4 non-league win over St. Paul (St. Paul, OR). The Cavaliers record now stands at 24-0.
With the defeat, Blanchet Catholic drops to 24-2 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Sisters (Sisters, OR) to clash with the Outlaws in a non-league test on Thursday, May 22. The Outlaws go into the test with a record of 15-5.
