The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) and the host Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE), saw Indian River's baseball team gain a win over Lake Forest by a tally of 7-4.

The Indians (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Red Wolves enter the non-league battle with a 16-3 record. In their last battle, Conrad Science held off William Penn (New Castle, DE), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
