Indiana High School Softball - Oldenburg Academy held off by South Decatur

In Thursday's non-league test, the South Decatur Cougars (Greensburg, IN) softball squad got by the visiting Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN), by a tally of 7-6.

Next, the Cougars meet the North Decatur Chargers (Greensburg, IN) in a Mid-Hoosier test, on Friday, May 23. South Decatur will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 7-11 record after their 13-0 league win over South Decatur (Greensburg, IN).

The Twisters (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Hauser (Hope, IN). The Jets go into the non-league test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Hauser was nudged by Morristown (Morristown, IN), 9-6, in a league test.
