In Thursday's non-league test, the St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT), by a count of 15-1.
Next, the Hilltoppers meet the Colchester Lakers (Colchester, VT) in a Metro test, on Tuesday, May 27. St. Johnsbury Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Lakers go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 8-3 non-league loss to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT).
The Wolves (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Redhawks go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record.
