The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Erie Tigers (Erie, CO), saw Cheyenne Mountain's lacrosse team gain a win over Erie by a margin of 9-7.

The Red-Tailed Hawks (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets enter the non-league challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Air Academy edged Denver South (Denver, CO), 11-10, in a non-league challenge.
