Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK), 13-1 in a league challenge.

The Lynx now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they host South Anchorage for a Cook Inlet challenge on Tuesday, May 24. Dimond will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 22-2 league win over Eagle River (Eagle River, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 17-1.

With the loss, West Anchorage falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to face the Wolverines in a Cook Inlet challenge on Tuesday, May 24.
