The Weston Wildcats routed the visiting Dover-Sherborn Raiders softball squad by a count of 17-5 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Waltham (Waltham, MA). The Hawks go into the Dual County Small battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, Waltham topped Wayland (Wayland, MA), 6-4, in a league battle.
The Raiders now sport a 0-17 record. They play next when they travel to Dedham for a Tri-Valley battle on Tuesday, May 24. Dover-Sherborn will meet a Marauders squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to Millis (Millis, MA). The Marauders record now stands at 13-4.
