The Nashua-Plainfield Huskies baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Central Springs Panthers to 7 in the Huskies non-league victory on Thursday.

The Huskies (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Newman Catholic was overwhelmed by Algona (Algona, IA), 2-1, in a non-league match.

The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their match against North Butler (Greene, IA). The Bearcats go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, North Butler was overwhelmed by Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA), 23-0, in a non-league match.
